The Marean family founded the Waterfall Shuttle in 2022 out of a passion for travel and sharing the best of the Gorge with fellow travelers. As tourism entrepreneurs it was a natural next step after starting their first Gorge tourism business, Ebike Multnomah Falls. With a handful of exceptional tour guides and a couple of 14 passenger shuttles their tour was meant to be different from the beginning: From Co-Founder Taylor: “We just thought it was too hard to access the Gorge so we made a solution with Waterfall Shuttle that works for the most amount of people possible. We’re wheelchair accessible, we take dogs, kids, strollers, and make all the decisions for you so you’re pretty much guaranteed to have a great time.” Now in 2025 they’ve taken it even further adding Downtown Portland pickups every day which make it that much easier for people to get the proper experience out of Multnomah Falls. Despite all the success you’ll still find Taylor behind the wheel of the shuttle, or under the engine completing an oil change and when you call their number you’re likely to chat with Kayla or Taylor who are happy to help you plan your vacation.
