The tour requires about 1.5 miles of walking on hiking trails that do go up and down hills. No hike is longer than .5 miles

Yes, what would you like to change? For bookings made directly there’s a button in the confirmation email where most changes can be made. For other changes, note the change and email to [email protected] a confirmation email will be sent and the change will be made within 24 hours. If it was made through a third party like Viator or TripAdvisor contact them.

Everything but custom/private tours are refundable up until 24 hours before the start time. After that we’ll make adjustments if possible or issue a gift card but we don’t do refunds within 24 hours of the tour start time.

For summer bookings as far ahead as possible as we often sell out. For the rest of the year we’re less busy. It is refundable up until 24 hours before if you change your mind so better to book sooner, it’s easy to make changes to the booking.

Out of respect for the other passengers on the tour we’re typically not able to wait for late arrivals. If you can’t make it on time is there another tour we can move you over to?

The time, the sunset tour is in daylight but finishes at sunset watching a view you’ll never forget descend over the entire columbia river gorge. The sunset tour is really special because of that but the morning tour is also very cool.

We have heat for the winter and AC for the summer. It’s always nice on the waterfall shuttle. If it’s pouring we might not hike as much as if it were beautiful but it’s fun in that weather because the waterfalls are sooo huge. The AC in the summer keeps it very cool.
