About
This tour allows plenty of time to explore the area and capture stunning photos.
Our comfortable 14-passenger shuttle brings you to six stunning waterfalls, the Crown Point Vista House and Oneonta Gorge. Your expert guide loves to share details about the area while answering any questions you may have.
Most of the 3.5 hour tour is spent walking around the waterfalls and learning about the area. It’s an active tour with minimal drive time and 1.5 miles of walking. You’ll have time for exploring as well as hearing from your guide what makes that place special.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain and bringing a jacket or layers for cooler evening temperatures. On a warm summer day there are waterfalls you can jump in to, please bring a towel if you choose to do so. Cameras, water bottles, and snacks are also recommended. Our tour is family-friendly and suitable for people of all ages and abilities. We welcome families with children and elderly people. We do not have child seats, we do have a wheel chair ramp. Please notify us ahead of time if there is a need for the wheelchair ramp. Wheelchairs cannot make it on a couple of the hikes but there are alternate options available for enjoying the area.
We have water available and food/drinks are allowed on the tour. You are encouraged to bring a camera or photography equipment. Our tour guides are happy to assist with taking photos and providing photography tips.

This was a wonderful experience! The beauty of nature. Doug was a great guide full of information Thank you! We felt this was a much better option than driving ourselves and finding parking and we were right. The Waterfall Shuttle is the best way to go
We had the tour on Sunday. Our driver, Emma, was fantastic and knew a lot about the history of the Gorge and the Falls. We were let out by the front of each fall and had plenty of time to take photos and hike to the top of the falls that required hiking. The bus was very comfortable and easy to see out of. I would take this tour again especially with our driver.
Absolutely amazing! I wish there were more stars to give. Making reservations was easy and included all the information and tips to make the experience enjoyable. “Mino” was on time, prepared and professional and yet set an immediate casual and comfortable atmosphere. He was informative in an engaging manner that encouraged conversation and added to the experience. He was accommodating to our limitations and let us set the pace. The falls were beyond awesome and his pride in their beauty was evident. There is no way we could have gotten this experience driving this route on our own. I highly recommend booking this tour.
Our Waterfall Shuttle experience was delightful! It started by getting to know the other riders as we waited at the tent waiting for the shuttle. Then we boarded and got to know our driver, “Kuba”. He was funny and so informative. He hiked with us to the falls and brought entertainment and enthusiasm during the entire drive. Would highly recommend this ride:)
