About Us
Waterfall Shuttle was founded in 2020, we were at the falls operating an e-bike rental and were upset to see vacations ruined because of permit and parking problems. We decided to do something to fix the issues and started a shuttle back to Multnomah Falls at the next freeway exit, avoiding the permit and parking problems. In our first year we helped over 20,000 people access Multnomah Falls and we found a passion for showing visitors the beauty of Oregon. Over the years we’ve built a team of tour guides with diverse interests in fields like biology, geology, history, and ecology. We look for guides who are passionate about their area of expertise and love what they do. We think that carries over into providing an unforgettable, once in a lifetime type of guest experience. For Winter of 25/26 we offer the following:
- Multnomah Falls Tours every day, twice on Fri/Sun and three times on Saturday. The sunset tour and the half day multnomah falls tour are mostly the same, one finishes with Sunset views of the Gorge from Crown Point.
- Snowshoe Tours on Mt Hood with pickup in Portland or The Gorge.
- Oregon Coast tours with Whale Watching from a nice big boat.
- Silver Falls Hiking Tour, seven waterfalls in 4 miles!
- Mt Hood + Columbia Gorge
- Full Day Columbia Gorge
- Custom Tours for Corporate Groups, Bachelorette Parties, etc…
All of our tours pickup from every Downtown Portland and Convention Center hotel. Pickup is typically 45 minutes before the tour start time.
If you have a car, we suggest you meet us at our location at Migration Brewing Gresham 18188 NE Wilkes Road where we have free, safe parking for you.
Mt Hood Snowshoe tours pickup at Hood River and Cascade Locks hotels in addition to Portland.
