Step 1: The consultation

Guest count first. The couple had 120 guests, about 70 of whom needed rides. Most were staying in downtown hotels, with the venue about 15 minutes out.
Transportation times, measured — not guessed. We drive these roads daily, so we plan around real drive times: the winding section, the gravel driveway at the venue, and how long it actually takes 14 guests to load and unload.

Step 2: The wedding-day timeline

3:00 / 3:25 / 3:50 PM — Three pickup runs per shuttle from the hotel block. Guests are given run times in advance so nobody scrambles.
4:10 PM — Last guests arrive at the venue, 20 minutes before the 4:30 ceremony.
Evening — Shuttles stay on call for early departures (grandparents and kids appreciate this more than anyone).
9:30 PM–midnight — Return loops to the hotels roughly every 30 minutes, with a final sweep at midnight so no one is left behind.
