Nobody waits at the airport
Skamania Lodge is 41 miles from PDX and the drive takes about 50 minutes. With one van we can pick up guests every two hours; with two vans, every hour. We have six vans and can pick up guests as quickly as every 20 minutes for large groups, so people aren’t stuck waiting at the airport.

- Once booked, have attendees complete the guest flight form, or complete it on their behalf. Every person who needs to be picked up needs a form submission. If you have this information in a spreadsheet or another format, you are welcome to email it to us at [email protected].
- We will provide a manifest 3 days prior to arrival confirming all pickups and departures.
- If there are any delays that require additional departures or hours, we will send an invoice for those after we pick everyone up.
